Auris fans eagerly awaiting the new Auris hybrid will be very happy to know that it makes it’s European Premiere on 27th September. With only a few weeks to go, we can now enjoy the newly released images and video:
The new Auris hybrid is stylish and promises to be very fuel-efficient, which of course is music to the ears of those concerned about fuel prices ever-rising. Details of UK sales introduction, specifications and prices will be announced at a later date. We can however reveal that the car offers more space than current Auris models, as-well as a choice of engines, to include 1.33 petrol, a 1.6-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel.
Inspired by the GT86, the Auris hybrid’s steering and suspension have been revised to help give a more comfortable, responsive and enjoyable drive. Lowering the car’s centre of gravity, reducing weight and increasing body stiffness all improve the drive of the Auris.
